We began by looking at what food we eat. Some foods are unhealthy and others are healthy. We now know that sugar can be dangerous because it can cause weight gain. On the other hand, fruits and vegetables are good for us because they contain vitamins and minerals that are essential for our bodies.

Next, we discussed exercise. Exercise strengthens our bodies and gives us more energy. Exercise makes us happy. There are lots of exercises that we can do. Some examples include walking, running, swimming, dancing, playing sports, and lifting weights. Another way to increase our strength is through yoga. Yoga is a great workout because it increases flexibility and improves breathing. If we want to lose weight, we should avoid eating too much junk food and drink plenty of water.
